Report reply Paddy 24 Posted January 26, 2017 The Belgian Lager, pretty close to my favorite brew so far. 2 Share this comment Link to comment
Report reply Deeks 145 Posted January 27, 2017 That's good to know, I got the Belgian Lager to brew later but might wait until I brew a few more ales to build up some more keg stock since they have a faster fermentation time. How long did your Belgian Lager take to ferment? Share this comment Link to comment
Report reply Paddy 24 Posted January 27, 2017 that's a good question, I don't remember - went to the app as I assumed that info would be recorded, but couldn't find it? Share this comment Link to comment
Report reply Deeks 145 Posted January 27, 2017 That's ok, the Brew Journal only records the date the BrewPrint is completed so if you store the brew in the BeerDroid for longer before kegging and selecting complete brew on the BeerDroid then that is the date it will have. I add the fermentation time to the notes in the Brew Journal although it would be good if the app could do this. I might add this to the BrewArt app update suggestions post. The BrewPrint description says that the Belgian Lager takes 8 to 11 days for fermentation which doesn't seem too long so I was just wanted to check if this was what is was for you. My Neder Lager took 15 days to ferment but the BrewPrint description had 9 to 12 days so it isn't always the same times. Share this comment Link to comment
