  1. I confess. Two weeks and a bit kegged and carbonated (by co2). In the fridge where it should sit for at least a week before consuming. However a taste today, just a taste has lead now to 3 x 560ml dimple mugs. Can one ever stop, can I change to another of the 3 kegs in the fridge? Some how I don’t think so, not today. 😁
  2. This is an exceptional amber ale, rated up there with the best.
  3. Kegged into a maturing keg after an 8 day fermentation. Boy, this was the hardest so far to manually clean the internal dry krausen ring. (and do this straight away). Should have got the vinegar in hindsight.
  4. Yes it can be fixed. I’ll refer this through to @BrewArt Team and they will certainly help. I believe the repair can be done yourself but info by them is needed. Cheers, Mark
  5. Hi Brett. Are you here or in America, it helps with actions. Haven’t had that problem and not good.
  6. Not so sure however can’t comment unless you tried. I note the Pumkin is 8% and the Rock Juice at 10%. Unless you sip, the night could be quite short lived.
  7. You have enough supplies until then? I’m waiting for this month’s offer and will order to cover me through until February.
  8. Missed this brew, rated it high (like 99% of these recipes/results) so in the droid today.
  9. Just kegged after 6 day fermentation. A fairly large krausen ring inside the droid so was fairly active.
  10. Good points Rob. And to get that selection commercially say 6 x 6packs would cost you an absolute fortune. I run 4 different kegs in the fridge, and just looking at the selection each time is a buzz. That’s why with bottles if you have the fridge room the selection can nearly be endless.
  11. Not forced to work, retired The better half had a liver transplant 22 years ago, has diabetes, has dialysis 3 times a week and in the age bracket/health of major concern. Therefore other that the dialysis attendances we keep very much to ourselves during this whole virus business. Having to drink beer to keep Coopers and BrewArt financially viable is me doing my bit, “your brewers need you”🍺🍻🍺 You Rob are an essential worker because you won’t take the mobile phone ha ha ha.....😂
  12. Rather than go through the instructions, go to BREWART 101 and this time under the heading “lnstructions”, download the official Beerdroid Manual and all the info and and answer to your questions are there. It will be easier for you that way and your other question on wifi connection should be found there as well.
  13. Is the krausen ring up the top on the neck of the bottle? If so make up a mixture of the sodium percarbonate, pour some into the bottle, put the cap on, give a good shake and then invert the bottle so the krausen ring is submerged and leave that way for an hour or two. Empty and rinse. That way your not having to fill the bottles with the solution.
  14. I really enjoy this draught, 3 weeks kegged and just exceptional. It’s a simple brew, cost effective with true draught qualities. You know, pub/home standards without the hops, just a beer.
  15. Back up and running now, both iPad and iPhone. Fast reaction by the team.

  17. BrewArt Tech team are on to it, email message received.
  18. Just love lacing. Also tells of your consumption, big one at the start and near the end so you must have enjoyed it. There is a Private Life IPA on the Shem sheet, would you do it?
  19. Yes, rates high this one. I have 10l waiting it’s turn for consumption, only a couple of weeks kegged so a few more yet. Ps the rustic look of your outdoor suits the beer.
  20. Been playing up, on and off. It is now down on both my iPad and iPhone. I do note that the Droids have both symbols, the wifi and world globe. I would thing BrewArt are aware and will get onto it soon.
  21. Looks good and by all accounts will mature well.
  22. Looks good and seems to have turned out fairly well. You now have a base so if you brew again you can make adjustments, like increasing the strawberries. What are you brewing at the moment? Cheers, Mark
  23. A 10 day fermentation and now at about 3 weeks. Well this has turned out better than expected with the hop additions, very fruity/citrus bite. As a summer drink (quaffing) I would/will do this again. Although pleased I’d add 15g of citra with the Amarillo and cascade. Give it a go, an easy cheap beer.
