  1. Hello -- First-time brewer here. Posted elsewhere but am not sure where to turn. Tried to call the 855 number but only got a busy signal.

    1. I did not receive any instructions for brewing with the APA ingredients I received with my beer droid. The brew print box only had ingredients; no instructions. Can these be attached here, posted, or sent as a PDF? Are they posted somewhere on brewers.com?  Very confusing.

    2. I do not see the "dry hop filter" in any of my materials, yet it's required for the APA brew print. Why would I receive a set of ingredients that I can't use without another purchase?

    3. My beer droid unit only contained the "quick start" summary manual, not the complete manual.   Can this be sent, as well?

    Thanks.

Out of interest did either taste flat? Or was it just a head appearance issue?

Hi Patrick, glad the APA turned out well in the taste department. From memory I don’t think the APA is big in the head department however how long had it/is it in the keg?
Time improves carbonation and head retention. If you followed the keg priming instructions then you probably didn’t do anything wrong.

      Cheers, Mark

Yes there are instructions, page 15 of manual I downloaded plus all the videos in the BrewArt 101 which can be found in the BrewPrint purchases.
      Now to help out here

      1. Fill droid with 10l of water

      2. Sprinkle the yeast from sachet on the surface (yeast must go in first)

      3. Tip the 3 packets of E5 and 2 packets of X1 on top of the yeast. (I cut the corner off, and gentle spread around the surface)

      4. Lid on, power on and engage the Ale mode.

      5. If kegging, one sachet of the liquid hops and one sachet of primer to each keg and fill.

      6. If bottling at end of fermentation add the 2 liquid hop sachet to the droid and leave for 24hrs to infuse. You will need the sucrose tablets as a primer, homebrew shop.

      Cheers.

Hi Patrick, have downloaded the the Droid manual link in the post you have done.

The hop feature/filter/ dry hops is a very recent update, about a week and a bit old. You will get emails about BrewArt features, specials etc when you join up.

You can still do the hops as your BrewPrint should have 2 liquid hop sachets. You don’t need the filter for these. Add a sachet to each keg if kegging or both into the droid at the end of fermentation and leave 24hrs to infuse if bottling.

      Cheers Mark
