Andy Simma
Just hit 2 weeks and it’s singing to me. Listening to the perfect song like my beer is singing to me Still needs some time. Carbonation low we have had some -c nights so the house hasn’t been warmer then 17c for last week.
Andy Simma
1 month in bottle. First bottle share of this to a home brew mate. Pretty happy with the feedback. “Lovely colour, quite light. Initial taste is sharp but it mellows nicely. Initial nose is what I expected, as it warms up it smells a bit sweeter, can't put my finger on what it is. Overall experience reminds me of the Cantillon brewery in Belgium. I like it” 1
AZ Stout
Hi Steve and Andy, I have never made a Saison before. Could you post the temperatures for the whole process? I see ferment but what was your propagation temp etc.? I am a stout and porter gal so I need some help on this one. Thanks for your time!
