Joe S
For various reasons, my Bohemian Lager finished before I got a second keg available. I suppose I could have gone ahead and drained another keg, but... I decided to do a side-by-side comparison of the Lager kegged and bottled. Conventional wisdom might say the kegged is better, but I decided to find out for myself (you know, science). For any of you that brewed the Bohemian Lager, how long did you condition/age it for? And was it kegs or bottles? Maybe, I'll do the same with an Ale, Porter or Stout? I'll have to up my brewing rate. Think the SO will buy that? It's for Science, right? Joe I like trying my Bohemian anywhere between 4-8 weeks as somewhere in there it drinks great and you just go through a bunch of bottles
