The Shem sheet recipe is so good however I wouldn’t and didn’t add the citrus hop addition which I think is away from the recipe as an extra. I admit haven’t tried the real deal product but when something is so good as this, not really bothered. (that’s 2 droids I had to do today, first time that’s happened.
