using an alternative yeast

Recommended Posts

So I got wondering about this some more, and I went and checked some other brewprint ingredients. Turns out the Ruby Porter uses the Y4. Other ingredients are similar. The most notable difference as I see it, is the hops. I have some of the Ruby Porter cellared at this time, and it's a fine example of type. I suspect you'll have a very drinkable brew after it's aged a bit.
