Nick Seymour
I got some brewprints delivered today. There are a few that may not be used until a couple of months. Will I need to store some ingredients in the fridge? Like the yeast for example?
Mike A
From this post: Brewart's response was: As for ingredients, If the Hops and Yeast are kept in the fridge they will last a year. As for the Elements and Enhancers, they'll last years if kept in a cool place (room temperature). You can confidently bulk buy a years worth and have no issues. 1
