Hops storing secrets

Tips for hops storage. (I'm looking for not giving)

I don't buy hops in bulk, generally 100gm amounts (about 3.5oz...don't ask). I keep them in the fridge until I go to use them and then will wrap them and put them in the freezer. How do others do it and I am happy to hear "you fool, you're doing it all wrong"

I buy hops in 8 oz. (227 g) packages.  I store them in a freezer until use.  When opened, the bag is enclosed in a Ziplock bag.  Hops do degrade in potency even when refrigerated.  So, I freeze the ones used less often and keep the frequently used ones in the fridge.
