Patio Pale

Recommended Posts

So this brew was based on the Australian lager brewprint but swapped to Y9 to try and get more fruit esters.

Well…

I’m very happy with this beer. Light lager with a great galaxy aroma and light fruitiness. Very very drinkable.

First drink during bottling. Very happy. Hoping nothing goes wrong during bottle conditioning

at 2 weeks. Yes tastes like bottling day. Great aroma. Very happy with this beer.

3 weeks. Carbonation level now excellent. Tighter head and better retention. Aroma still there. These bottles won’t last long.

Very keen to hear what you think with the Y9. This one has been a real party pleaser.

Nearly 4 weeks in, that is a cracker of a beer. The Y9 makes a big difference to an already likeable beer

Yeah it still stands up at 6 weeks, I reckon I might give this a whole nights worth of drinking next week...might even have pizzas doing it too

Well, I didn't and I am kinda regretting it, this really is an easy to drink brew
