Just wondering should I prime or carbonate watching ikegger video put brew ln storage on droid at 3 degrees for a while then kegged and set psi at 12 for 3/4 days then drank

Yes you could certainly do that however you should chill the empty keg as well. Cold beer into a warm keg will create a lot of foam. Personally  I’d keg at the “ready to keg “ temperature then put the keg into the fridge, connect gas and 3/4 days your off. It won’t take long to chill in the fridge and as it cools down the co2 carbonation will increase.

Thanks no primer just gas carbonation if I used primer how long would u let it sit before gassing

If you use primer the keg needs to be at ready to keg temp (around 18C) and it will take about 2 weeks to carbonate before chilling and connecting to co2 at dispensing pressure.
