Removing bottling adapter for dry hop filter

Hi guys,

Just wanting to know how people have gone bottling with the dry hop filter.

 

I have just done my first batch and now the bottling tube is literally stuck to the adapter, no matter how hard I pull or try to dislodge them they aren’t budging.

 

any ideas? Or could this be a fault of the adapter?

T D have a look at

I did suggest leaving it attached and sanitise both together.
