Mark Gillman
I have purchased a bulk pack of Brewprints and note that it says if you're not going to immediatley Brew you Brewprint it recommends placing your yeast in the fridge. I have previously placed my yeast in the freezer and I wonder if this has any detriment to the quality of the yeast. My wife keeps here bread yeast in the freezer btw. Hi Mark, first Mark we have on the board. Yes you can, sealed pack is fine, yeast goes into a sleep and wakes back up when it thaws out
