sambrew
Just put morgans ginger beer on as per instructions half can and dextrose. Beerdroid says no fermentation detected after 5 days. And I can see bubbles in the beer window. Any ideas. I have not opened the lid. Do I need to add more yeast thanks

Do I need to add more yeast thanks Hi Sam brew and welcome to the forum. Fermentation of ginger beer is generally slow, also the yeast with the can could be a bit old. That fact that you see bubbles is a great indication that fermentation is happening. The Droids method of fermentation detection may well be the reason it has happened yet. I wouldn’t lift the lid yet however in the mean time what fermentation temperature did you set? Also you mentioned using half a can, did you use all the yeast or just half?
