Experimental Bew

On Saturday I bottled my last Brewprint in stock and wanted to get a quick brew down.

So I left the trub in the droid and quickly stirred a can of Coopers Bootmaker Pale Ale into a few litres of warm water. After putting some cold water in the Droid, I poured in the contents of the pot. Just water and the can of Bootmaker. 

An hour later it was off. Fermenting like crazy. It had a little over flow out the side a few hours later. I'll dry hop with Citra, Galaxy and Mosaic and see how it turns out while I wait for supplies.

Did you clean the krausen from the droid sides?

There wasn't a lot, but no I didn't mate. Do you mean inside or outside?

Inside. Not cleaning, I’m sure this won’t be an issue.

I've done it quite a few times on a normal fermenter and it's been fine. Hopefully it's all good.
