Thomas Cooper's Celebration Ale (TCCA)
Having finished my first keg of Irish Red Ale we tried a keg of Thomas Cooper's Celebration Ale in the beerFlo. Well, I thought that the Irish Red was good, however, the TCCA was even better. A very smooth clean tasting ale with a medium hops finish, creamy thicker head having completed 27 days of Sec Fermentation and conditioning. It is a little cloudy but I put that down to being consistent with the general Cooper's stable of beers. Very heady at first but settles down well in very chilled glasses.
My impressions were confirmed by our visiting friends and the free loading neighbours. For those who enjoy a dark ale put this one on your list. This one I rate - 9.5 out of 10.
I must say that now having tried my first three BrewPrints of Irish Red, Aztec Cerveza and TCCA, the BrewArt Team and Cooper's product development have well an turly met my expectations. I will be providing such positive feedback in seperate contact via email to the BrewArt Team.
The visitors left this morning so today will be an AFD.
