Robert Pretty
Just put this on to morning. Will be dry hopping with 50g of Centennial, instead of the two liquid hops. Always keen on trying new Brewprints. Got the Belter XPA to do next.
Rob Courtney
Once again, interested in your feedback on this. If you can do a 2 week, 4 week, 6 week update, that'd be ace
Robert Pretty
Discovery Pale Ale , drinking this at 4 weeks from a ss keg. I DH with 50g of Centennial. You can really taste the earth, resin flavor, with a hint of citrus an a slight bitter after taste. I am really enjoying this, a nice change from all those fruity Pale Ales. Love a good bitter IPA. Will melow and improve with some age. Best drinking I'm guessing 6-8 weeks. 1
Mick Steele
The Belter XPA is a beauty. The first keg drank well after about 3 weeks secondary fermentation, but the second keg had 6 weeks conditioning and in my opinion is better than the original Balter XPA. Will definitely be brewing this one again.
