I had to add hops to Coopers Vintage Ale, umm accidentally canceled the program.. the hops need to sit in the droid 24hrs before bottling. Is there any way to set the droid now, to storage or keg mode? or have I ruined this batch? its winter here, room temperature is cold. please help. Big Pop Posted June 2, 2017 Report Share Posted June 2, 2017 I would just put the hops in now as is without attempting to restart the droid, leave for 24 hrs or so and then proceed to bottle. Pursya Posted June 2, 2017 Report Share Posted June 2, 2017 Agreed. The Droid has no ability to "stir" the hops in to the mix. Purely infusion over 24 hours. I have even forgotten to but hops/primer into the keg before kegging. Added after the full 5 litres were in and no issues a month or more later.
