Midlands Pale Ale

@ 6 weeks, this is certainly different to the hop fest I am use to. Quite malty , with a bit of caramel, and slight bitterness of the double liquid challenger hops. Great colour, almost amber aleish.

This is a very English Pale Ale. Need a few more tonight watching the footy to get my head around it.

You talked me into doing again, actually kegged today after 6 day fermentation. Had dry hopped 40g Challenger.
