Hi all

What is the longest time anyone has left a brew in storage?

I ask as I had to go overseas for work in an emergency. My brew was not ready to keg and I only returned today. I was meant to be gone for a few days but it ended up being three weeks and my brew has been going for 26 days. 18 of those in storage.

I am trying to figure out if I should just dump the brew or still keg it. Cheers for any help.

If the storage temperature was a 4C per default then you should have no problems ( often done with lagers). What is it and have you had a taste out of the tap?

Was 4 degrees the whole storage time. I haven't tasted out of the tap but I will later today.

That’s good. Would say it will be a fine drop.
