Hetkela
Just brewed a Midlands pale ale. The brewprint program indicates 4 degrees for storage. Is that the recommended temp for secondary fermentation once i keg?
xpsTech
Hi @Hetkela Secondary fermentation should be done at approx. the Kegging Temperature 18C but basically you're limited by your room temperature. That's why the BeerDroid's Kegging temperature is normally set to 18C, this sets the beer temp to the ideal secondary fermentation temperature. As long as your room temperature is somewhere between 15C and 30C you should be ok. At the lower temperatures you will need more secondary time. The BeerDroid's Storage Zone is used if you need to delay your Kegging, say for example if you were to be away for a few days when your beer was ready to Keg, then put your BeerDroid into Storage, which keeps your brew fresh, then the day before you're ready to keg, set it back to Keg.
Hetkela
I have stored the kegs for the last 2 days at 4 degrees ( fridge) Is it too late to move it to cupboard?

No, the yeast will “wake up” when the temperature increases and react with the sugar to carbonate your beer. May take a bit longer than the normal 2 weeks.
