Sediment disrupted before bottling

What a nightmare! Everything is palletised bottles are ready to go and I'm just wiping down the spout of my brew droid.

I accidentally unplugged the plastic stopper and beer gushes all over me. 

Can I still bottle with the sediment now dispersed throughout my brew?

What a bummer. How much did you loose? Did it stir up the sediment into the beer left in the Droid? If so you could put it into the store mode (4C) for 24 hrs then back to keg. Most will have settle again.
