Australian Pacific Ale All Grain brew

Trying something new with an all grain brew . After the better part of the day process i have it all in thr droid now. The Kviek yeast i am using needs to ferment at 30 degree, this is a new one for me , pushing the temp so high 😲. 

See how this goes in a few days when i go to keg

Are you going to dry hop anything or leave as the all grain brew?

There was galaxy added through the boil and dry hop with 3gr of Galaxy in 3 days time . Intrigued to see how it turns out , also because the high fermentation temp . Its the Kviek yeast 😁

Kviek is pretty robust, I've run an all grain brew in a traditional fermenter at 38 degrees. The Kviek threw off some awesome fruity ester. All done in 3 days.

Yeah i am thinking it may be a quick fermentation at those temps. A few mates in the brew circles have shared your sentiment that its a yeast that will put up with alot , except the cold lol
