Paul84
Trying something new with an all grain brew . After the better part of the day process i have it all in thr droid now. The Kviek yeast i am using needs to ferment at 30 degree, this is a new one for me , pushing the temp so high 😲. See how this goes in a few days when i go to keg 1

All done in 3 days. Good luck. Cheers

A few mates in the brew circles have shared your sentiment that its a yeast that will put up with alot , except the cold lol
