Australian Pacific Ale All Grain brew

Recommended Posts

Trying something new with an all grain brew . After the better part of the day process i have it all in thr droid now. The Kviek yeast i am using needs to ferment at 30 degree, this is a new one for me , pushing the temp so high 😲

See how this goes in a few days when i go to keg

Kviek is pretty robust, I've run an all grain brew in a traditional fermenter at 38 degrees. The Kviek threw off some awesome fruity ester. All done in 3 days.

Good luck.

Yeah i am thinking it may be a quick fermentation at those temps. A few mates in the brew circles have shared your sentiment that its a yeast that will put up with alot , except the cold lol
