Hops in Gage Roads' Single Fin Summer Ale

Have been enjoying this drop as of late; picked up another carton the other day while I wait for my bottles to ferment.

Found it interesting they literally have on the bottle "light-bodied and chock full of aromatic Galaxy and Enigma hops".

Can't think of any other beer off-hand that actually tells you what hops are used.  Just found it interesting is all   also an awareness that I can now appreciate details like these since I've started playing around with the droid and homebrews 😇

Man Single Fin is a good drop.. i think telling about the Hop additions is the new wank factor on craft brews. Its good because its easier now more than ever to distinguish hop profiles when they tell you what they put on . Cricketers Ale Spearhead ale tells you it uses Amarillo. Pirate Life basically has the recipe around the lid , and one is named after the main hop it uses ( Mosaic) lol .

He’s a fairly simple recipe by Coopers, if no enigma hops substitutes are Vic Secret, Galaxy or Ella. (Could double up on the galaxy) Sub. Yeast Y1. Half ingredients for droid 10l.
