Brad Neil
Hi all, I have just realised i have entered the wrong beer to brew. I entered Bavarian but im brewing Belgian. I'm 14 hours Will this make a difference to the end result or do i need to change something like temp? Thanks for any advice. Cheers
xpsTech
Welcome @Brad Neil The Lager profiles are mostly similar so all should be good. So as long as your propagate temperature was somewhere in the region of 19-24C and your ferment temperature is in the 11-14C ballpark, I wouldn't worry. Cheers.
Captain 3 Droids
Welcome to the forum Brad. Lots of help and good advice here. xpsTech is spot on, all will turn out well. (Both brews are the lager program.) Cheers Mark Edited October 18, 2020 by Barrelboy
Brad Neil
Thanks guys for your help. I fell like an idiot, i brought this because it looks fool proof all you need to do is select the right beer 🤦♂️ Will it still tell me when it's finished fermentation? Yes it will, it’s running the same lager program, same settings so all good. We all make errors, part of the fun😁 so don’t worry and we are all here to help.
