Hazy IPA

Recipe v1 (the original):

E5 (x3), X2 (x3), Y2, D6 (Citra), D7 (Galaxy) @25g each

Recipe v2 (Coopers Hazy IPA clone):

E5 (x3), X2 (x3), Y2, Antanum, Strata @ 25g each 

Recipe v2.1

As above but with Antanum and Strata @ 50g each

Recipe v3 (C3Ds Hazy IPA):

E5 (x3), X2 (x3), Y2, Sabro @40g and Idaho 7 @ 30g

Recipe v4 (7.0-7.5% DDH Hazy IPA):

E5 (x4), X2 (x3), Y2, Citra, Mosaic, Eclipse

1st Hop Addition at high krausen, 15g each. 2nd Hop Addition (atdry hop) 25g of Citra & Mosaic, 20g Eclipse

Recipe v5 (C3Ds Hazy IPA):

E5 (x3), X2 (x3), Y2, Sequoia @40g and Idaho 7 @30g

Recipe v6 - Double Hazy IPA:

Hops: @Dry Hop, 50g each of Idaho-7, Amarillo and Galaxy

Recipe v7 - C3D Hazy IPA:

At day 6 15g Sequoia, 15g Idaho 7 and 10g Citra.

Jolly Roger Pale Ale

Recipe calls for D1 (25g cascade) & D8 (25g mosaic)

Robert Pretty used 25g each of Citra, Centennial & Amarillo 

Dustin Frothman used 40g each of Centennial & Mosaic 

C3D used 25g of Citra, 15g Centennial & 10g Hersbrucker 

Hambone used 25g ea of Mosaic, Cascade, Galaxy and Simcoe

C3D used 10g ea of Mosaic, Galaxy, Cascade and Simcoe

Thanks. I’m trying to establish a bit of a hop combination register. Everyone is welcome to add to it in the same format so it’s easy to get the detail. If one wants to ascertain the outcome of the combination for a particular brew then they can go to the posts.

Amber Ale (coopers family secret)

JP used 30g Amarillo and 30g Mosaic 

Inspired by Garage Project Hazy Daze DIPA

probably the best drinking hops combo I’ve come across

 

Amber ale 

JP used 50g Nelson, 30g Galaxy, 30g Cascade

pretty nice mix of hops.  Could dial down the cascade and galaxy further if you prefer more aroma and floral

Of note I don’t normally refer to myself  in the third person.  🤣

 

these amber bases are coopers cans.  Probably equally good or better If using the GOAT or spoke prints.

Coopers Pale Ale

Recipe doesn’t call for hops.

Paul84 used 15gr cascade and15gr challenger

Paul84 also used 30g cascade and 30g Challenger

Dustin Frothman  Dry hopped - Day 4, 30g Challenger and 30g Cascade.

Dustin Frothman dry hopped with 35g Amarillo and 25g Cascade. 
 

C3D dry hop day 5 with 20g Melba, 15g Sequoia and 15g Idaho 7

C3D dry hop day4 with 20g Pride of Ringwood & 20g Sequoia

West Coast Pale Ale

Recipe calls for 25g each of Cascade and Simcoe or 2 x H1 liquid Amarillo 

Dustin Frothman has used 40g of Cascade and 40g of Simcoe

Dustin Frothman has used 50g of Cascade and 50g of Simcoe

Robert Courtney has used 20g of Amarillo

C3D has used 10g of Amarillo, 20g of simcoe and 20g of Centennial 

Hambone used 25g Cascade, 25g Mosaic and 25g Simcoe
