Connecting keg

Hi

we are having trouble with the orange connector and poor line. We have now successfully ruined three kegs. 
the line does not hold when connected. It explodes and the beer shoots out everywhere. 
the third time we put extra cable ties on and no luck. What are we doing wrong?
