Robert Pretty
Hi Don't have a lot of lager experience with hops. More a hoppy ale man. Got an Australian Premium Lager brewing which I'm going to dry hop. Was going to use 25g of Cascade. Or will this make it more a Pale Ale style? Should I just stick with the 25g of Hersbrucker. To keep it more traditional. Thoughts, ideas,

Rob Courtney
In saying that though, if you look at the Aus lager thread, there are heaps of hops choices over the journey but Hallertau reminded me heaps of Hahn Premium...when it used to be made

Then experiment with different hops, combinations etc. As @Rob Courtney states there are heaps of choices in the Premium thread.

Prefer to DH. Trying to achieve a crownie style beer. So might go with 25g Hallertau as @Rob Courtney suggested. Seen that used in crownie recipes else where.
