Leak in viewing window

With my last brew I notice that beer had leaked into the viewing window of the droid. About 5mm of liquid which is showing a bit of mould as well. Has anyone experienced this or know how to fix this ? Thanks

Hi Brett. Are you here or in America, it helps with actions. Haven’t had that problem and not good.

Yes it can be fixed. I’ll refer this through to @BrewArt Team and they will certainly help. I believe the repair can be done yourself but info by them is needed.
