Alan Batchelor
This the first beer I’ve brewed that I am totally satisfied with in a long time. I did brew a lovely Saison last month but just not my wheelhouse but friends enjoyed it. But the imperial came out great. Perfectly carbonated and fantastic smell and taste. Please excuse the first picture, over poured it 🤣 Dabbling in ciders now. Starting with a dry crisp cider but plan on trying different flavors and dry hopping. Back to the imperial, new glass bought from the Cheers pub in Boston, is a perfect vessel for the stout. And by the ❤️ my glass gave me, must mean it enjoyed holding the beer for me 🤣 Alan

I brewed it recently and added 500ml of fresh cold drip single origin coffee at the beginning of the brew. The taster bottle I had a few weeks ago was fantastic. I'm looking forward to trying the kegs in a few months time. Cheers.
