Captain 3 Droids
Great, as I wasn’t wanting a stew so to speak I put all the veg etc (not the rabbit) through a mouli to make a thick sauce. Some may not like the look of it but believe me it’s delicious. cheers
Rob Courtney
It does not matter what it looks like ( though pretty food presentation is pretty), it matters how it tastes and how it is seasoned. I would give it a go sight unseen knowing it was from a Tajine, the fact I know there is carrot flavour in it, think I'd be pretty happy
Paul84
Yeah I agree presentation is good but flavor is key . Sounds delicious and quite and inventive cook if you ask me 🙂
Rob Courtney
I guess the question we all need to have answered is whether Barrelboy blends the food so he can bypass chewing food because it impacts on his drinking time? I guess we all know what the answer is but...

Rob Courtney
Indeed, apologies but wasn't bothered doing much computer whilst away but I hope you all had a safely inebriated Xmas. I actually just had 2 bottles of Guinness on Xmas day as I wasn't bothered bringing bottles with me as I knew the kids would be getting a shite ton of presents. In saying that, the Guinness was really nice, better than what I got from the pub the night before.

Rob Courtney
i will point out the whole kids getting presents bit was that I had limited space in the car so I didn't bring a carton full of beers...plus a couple of alcohol free days are an experience
