Robert Pretty
Two days off now, so plenty of time to talk beer. Though I would throw this out there. For me I love the real fruity flavours Citra brings.

I really like Citra too, however some of the danker hops like Crystal are quite special.

Dustin Frothman
I like Strata too and have a lot in the freezer at the moment but haven’t quite got around to using any just yet.
Captain 3 Droids
There are the regularly used hops which are great eg Galaxy, Amarillo, Citra, Mosaic, but for me Idaho 7 shines. 2
Robert Pretty
I have also really been enjoying the Australian hops Vic Secret, Eclipse and Engima.
Dustin Frothman
My freezer is full of hop pellets and it annoys my wife ... but you know, that's a husband's job and she drinks the beer too so back luck dear. Anyway, I just did a little stocktake of my hop pellet inventory as I'm using the Brewfather app to track a bunch of stuff and it's quite interesting to see what us home brewers accumulate. Amarillo - 465 g Cascade - 330 g Centennial - 61 g Challenger - 20 g Chinook - 450 g Citra - 760 g Crystal - 50 g Eclipse - 65 g Ella - 75 g Enigma - 75 g Galaxy - 975 g Magnum - 50g Mosaic - 860 g Nelson Sauvin - 100g Riwaka - 30 g Czech Saaz - 75g Simcoe - 56g Strata - 500g Vic Secret - 60g That's over 5kg. Does anyone know a good divorce lawyer? 😬 1

Rob Courtney
Getting out of the bunch of noble hops I prefer, I'd go with Mosiac, it imparts such a nice flavour to the beer Edited December 13, 2021 by Rob Courtney
Captain 3 Droids
Too frightened to add up, however I’m lucky as no Lawyer needed as in beer related fridges. (Ps wouldn’t dare put in the kitchen fridge)

I may have staved off the divorce lawyer for a few months at least - I agreed to and we paid the deposit on a new couch over the weekend*. 😑 *I didn't want a new couch. 1
