Fresh wort brewing

So, I had one bottle of the Pale left from the 16/10, last year...dregs bottle

Not bad, would think you would drink a fresh wort in the first six months unless it's a stout. You can still taste the hops in it but you can't smell them if that makes sense.

Still, it is the only Fresh wort so far that i would brew again against a brew print

Ok, so a couple of months ago I stopped past a brew shop near my Mas house (it is a distance, poor bugger is getting very old and dealing with all of the stuff that goes with it) to get some PBW and they had a lager FWK so I grabbed it...they didn't have PBW...so almost a wasted trip :)...not to my Mas though, as much as it is hard to do.

So this one had a "put this yeast in, bit of hersbrucker, tastes like..." a beer I drank before brewing. I was keen to try so I did it to the recipe...mate, not even close to that beer but it is four weeks. In saying that, much better than the beer I used to drink. Have 20 litres to drink of this, really nice, really nice. Hoping this gets better over the journey, only 4 weeks in at this stage
