Captain 3 Droids
Kegged this today after a 10 day fermentation period. Kegged to a 10l “holding” ss keg for maturing purposes. Will then do a sealed keg to keg transfer when wanting to consume 🍺. Will report at that time.
Captain 3 Droids
Sampled this one today, just over 4 weeks in the keg. Another great lager, crisp, clean sweetish malt finish with subtle bitterness. Bloody hell my top 10 may have to be 20, ha
Captain 3 Droids
A week has past and this drop has held its well in the fridge. If you haven’t brewed this one then suggest you do. Drinkable early or late.

Kegged today (still can’t believe only did 1 before). Will rest it but have noted this can be an early drinker, 4 weeks for co2, 6 sugar base primer. I got a bit angsty and ended up throwing the hops in a day before EOF, given they were hop oils, I'm not sure they made for a nice drink in the end.
Captain 3 Droids
This is the Deutsch Lager kegged only 14days ago, carbonated with co2. It does taste as good as it looks, as said before this beauty can be drunk early.

Captain 3 Droids
Kegged today after 10day fermentation, should be about 6 weeks to try this if not earlier (can’t help myself)
Rob Courtney
OK, couldn't wait on this one, 20 days in and thought "bugger it". Lovely sweet, malty lager...like really, really nice. Can't believe a beer drink this well, this young

Interesting, it isn't a bitter beer that you'd expect from Hallertau hopped German beer. It is kind of like a cross between a German and Italian beer...maybe a Liechtenstein beer...which obviously, would have a low tax on it

Rob Courtney
OK, nearly. 4 weeks in and I had a stubby of this this afternoon. This was a beer before having others to muck up the taste....bloody heck, I misunderestimated this one, drinks very, very well early

Roman Kanivets
Just bottled the brew. It tasted great out of the Droid even before secondary. Can't wait to try it after 2 weeks. I hope it'll carbonate ok since the temp is a bit low (around 65-66F).

Roman Kanivets
Just cracked my first bottle after 2 weeks and 4 days. Lots of flavor, very floral, nice amount of bitterness. This is leaps and bounds above store bought beer. This is one of the best beers I've had. Really pleased with my first brew. 1
