Captain 3 Droids
Just now, Rob Courtney said: why the .5 off, is your brewing like my old English teacher who said "nobodies work is ever worth 100%" Ha, no I do have a few 10’s it’s just that the BrewArt recipes are so good that you have to break it down a bit, so I do whole or .5 numbers to seperate a bit.🙂

Rob Courtney
Keggeed this one today, reckon the second keg would be lucky to be 4 litres. Was an interesting taster I had from the droid with 25gms each of Simcoe and Galaxy

Captain 3 Droids
Near 5 weeks and very drinkable. The dry hopping of 15g each of Idaho7, Hallertau Tradition and Galaxy have provide a good hop hit, very fruity with citrus herbal after taste. Light XPA is a fair call on this combo, just a really, realy nice beer
Rob Courtney
Yeah, that took all of 30 seconds to put a keg in for tomorrow night

Rob Courtney
If I do this one again....and it's a fair chance, I'll go simcoe and citra on it. Been a fair bit of fun drinking this tonight, wondering whether I drink the other keg next week or leave it a couple

Was tempted to cut a hole in one of my masks and post a pic drinking but worried this will go on for a while and my wife, who has been told numerous times where the stash of masks is, thinks that is the last one, wears it and gets called an Anti Vax Karen. Because, that would be my fault Edited July 31, 2021 by Rob Courtney

Yeah, just Galaxy would be sweet too. It is a very nice drop, one that I think can be mucked around with a lot when it comes to hops experimentation
Rob Courtney
9 weeks in, keg is pouring very well, first one was half head, half beer but it is under control now. Nice enough beer will be an easy drink this weekend just very happy with the carbonation from this keg, in difference to nearly everyone else, I baulk at the lack of carbonation but this is bang on, you have to have the tilt of the glass correct to make sure there isn't too much head. Robert Pretty
This is going in next , after I keg the Birra. I'm using 25g of Ella and Engima, really enjoying the Australian hops after doing the Coopers Australian IPA with Vic Secret and Eclipse. Just kegged an XPA with 25g of Vic Secret, Eclipse and Engima. 1
Rob Courtney
With the hops mix I had in, I reckon earlier than later. 6 weeks was really enjoyable, 9 weeks in was good but not as good
T D
Put this brew print down last night and hoping to experiment with hops. i tried a Colonial beer on the weekend which had Idaho 7 hops, any idea if this would work? And would it pair well with galaxy which I already have for this recipe?

I’d never tried it before but it was in a Hazy Pale Ale by Colonial and the flavour was a ripper. might see if there is somewhere in south east suburbs of Melbourne to get it! This is a top site for good info, and relatively quick responses. The hop combination is worth hunting down.
