Hey guys,

Looking for some quick help. When do I add the solid primer to my brew? All the videos I have seen show a liquid primer in sachets poured directly into the keg before kegging.

I am ready to keg but unsure how to proceed with the 2 solid primer blocks I received with my BrewPrint.

cheers,

Glen

Just put them in the keg before filling I would guess. I have not used these yet, but before or after filling should not make a difference mate.

Just tried this and all seems to be ok.

Thanks very much 👍

In the ingredients section

“A convenient, no mess, no fuss way to accurately carbonate your BrewArt Kegs.

Dosage required is one 30g bar per 5 litre BrewArt Keg.
Ingredients: Sucrose

Net Weight: 30g”

Thanks for the feedback. I’m still working through my stash of liquid primers but really like the idea of the solid bricks.

More accurate dosage, less mess and less packaging is a good thing.
