No No, it's on day 5, I'm just suggesting day 15 for EOF because of the lid openings

Ok, now the potential for perlite can be in this case due to lid openings. This is what I would do. Get a clean unused cloth or paper towel, spray with starsan or other sanitiser and then open the lid (for the last time) and wipe that webbing on the side away. That should stop further excessive growth. After that due to possible slow start keg/bottle day 9. But remove that web.

Do you think it'd be wise to bottle this brew in plastic bottles, as a just in case scenario?

Well I’ve done it again, meant to brew a German Weissbier-

E1, E5, 3 x X2, Y5

however I did E1, E5,  3 x E2, Y5. Nothing in the recipe list that is close to this so thought I’ll add 2x H6 (Galaxy) on kegging.

What is this I say, well I asked Liam

“Ha, well you've definitely made a unique style.... I wouldn't know what to call it.

It's basically an American brown ale, fermented with German wheat beer yeast.

A German Brown Ale??

ALC%     IBU         EBC

5              45           27

Using the H6 could play with the banana flavour of the yeast, it would be a fruit bowl.

I'm intrigued to hear how this turns out, as it is truly unique.”

Will be interesting.
