2 x E1, E2, X1, X3, Y4, Custom Mode - P 19C, F 18C, K 18C, S 4C. Dry hop day 4 15g each of Cascade & Nelson Sauvin

Well this one surprised me, fermentation complete in 5 days. I hadn’t dry hopped and although I could have added to the Droid and left for a day of two I decided to keg and added the hops via a hop ball to the keg. Probably better due to small amount of hops.

Kegged today after 8days fermentation. In a maturing keg, 6weeks plus should be good.

At 5 weeks + a nice drop. Slight sweetness to the palate followed by some bitterness and hop flavour. Creamy head that laces well. A do again for me.
