Upped the hops a little on this one; was going for 40g each of Citra and Simcoe but only had 35g of Simcoe left so it ended up a 40g/35g split. Is this the hop recipe? Like the head and lacing on your XPA.

This one is the standard recipe. I have another keg ready to go with that mix. Edited April 15, 2022 by Dustin Frothman

Robert Pretty
Hopped this with my current favorite hop combo. 25g each of Citra, Centennial and Amarillo. Just on 4 weeks, so still needs another 4 weeks. Still good.
Dustin Frothman
The wife’s mate was over last week whilst I was away for work and she left a bunch of these. Be rude not to! It’s better from the can than I remember. Much much better. I’ll have to do like @Rob Courtneyand get some Lemondrop hops to brew this with as per the original recipe as they make all the difference. 1
Dustin Frothman
Day 5 of Covid and even though I’ve been rather unwell, *^%k it, it’s Friday and I want to drink a beer. Standard Brewprint recipe is still going nicely. This has been in the kegerator for weeks. Not sure I can taste much though. It’s wet and cold so that’ll do. 🤧 I think next time I’ll try brewing the recipe as per the commercial variety.

Yeah, just the cough and fatigue left now but I wouldn’t have liked to have faced that without three (or four) vaccinations. I tried a pale ale and couldn’t taste anything other than bitterness so I gave up. 🥺

Captain 3 Droids
An 8 day fermentation so dry hops sat nicely for 4 days. So at 7 weeks this has turned out to be very drinkable, excellent flavours to the hops.
